Our gym is open seven days a week from early in the morning until mid evening, making it accessible for everyone to train around work and family commitments. Our weekly program includes Crossfit, gymnastics and weight training as well as plenty of open gym sessions.

To take part in our classes we require you to undergo a movement assessment, with a minimum of five personal coaching sessions.

Or, if it’s a fully equipped open gym area you’re looking for, you’re welcome to drop-in for just £10.
